We recently stayed at SO/ Auckland and had an absolutely wonderful experience! A huge thank you to the entire team, with special thanks to Margaret E., Kes and Deepti, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed — especially when they discovered we were celebrating a special occasion. Their thoughtful gestures truly made our stay memorable. The hotel’s location is ideal, perfectly situated close to everything we needed. Our room was not only spotless but also beautifully appointed, with comfortable furnishings, luxurious bedding, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. It was a genuine five-star experience. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant Harbour Society for both breakfast and dinner, and everything was flawless. The food was delightful, with fresh and flavourful options, and we especially enjoyed using the juice machine to create our own fresh juices in the morning. A heartfelt thank you to everyone on at SO/ Auckland for making our stay so special. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Very modern room but nice, good amenities and clean. Small balcony with no chairs but we asked for some and were provided. Staff wonderful and both brekky and dinner in the restaurant wonderul.

Kim, Isabella, plus another lady (Reception) were wonderful! They acknowledged that my wife and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and they made sure that our stay was very pleasant and we felt extremely special. Housekeeper Monette was super hospitable and kind. We will definitely stay there again in 2025 and years to come!

Absolutely excellent experience. Fantastic room upgrade offered by Kes at reception, a mention to Waka at consierge and Kiara and Ben in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all the staff. Whilst the restaurant may have lacked in the past this menu was superb. Well done to everyone.

Another nice stay - good location. Breakfast good. Nice room (1010) with harbour view. Thanks for the late check out. Club Lounge ambience is not "quite there" in our opinion - food and drink selection good but back ground music didn't hit the mark (in our mind).
