It’s my first time in Berlin and at a Mercur Hotel. Didn’t know what to expect as it is a last minute trip. When I walked in, I loved the ambience. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were great. Spacious, spotless and relaxing. Unfortunately, the sheets dried my skin up. It was on the rough side but that’s my skin being sensitive and picky. The products they use in their bathroom were great. I got lucky!

I stayed here 3 nights. Very central and convenient location. Quiet room, good air conditioning. Breakfast that I like much. Close to shopping street and public transport. One of the best hotels in West Berlin
