After two previous wonderful stays, I have now stayed here for the third time and it was just as perfect as the first two times. So now I can definitely say that, for me, this is the best hotel in Berlin. Exemplary loyalty treatment! Thank you so much for the very generous upgrade! I really appreciate it. The room is very comfortable and in a perfect condition. It still looks brand new! Amazing! Kind, lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Great housekeeping. Hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Room was well sound insulated from outside noise. Proximity to the underground and restaurants couldn’t be beat. Easy to walk to main tourist attractions or take the underground around town. Would absolutely stay again next time I’m in Berlin.

We did hang a tag on our door was sure it was “traum wieder something like that but the cleaning was knocking on the door many times. it happend. 2 time. 1 satursay. And sunday 😞 But nice location and friendly staff 👍
