Comfy room, friendly staff, and great location. Bright and airy. Close to station and city centre in Singel. Easy check in and out. Luggage storage pre departure. The aroma and atmosphere were an extra. We arrived on Eurostar and transferred easily. A great base for exploring Amsterdam.

Staff was very professional and nice. Every interaction at the reception desk put a smile on my face. Room was clean, but there was only one electric socket and it was very small. Breakfast was medicore although there was some selection.

It has a great central location with easy walking to major sights - but is quiet inside the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options, and free fruit that is available during the day, a nice simple touch. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Location very convenient to the station and 20 mins approx to Schiphol. Check in was straight forward and efficient. I stayed in Rm 116 which was facing the street and was concerned about street noise but had a peaceful sleep. The room was not very spacious but adequate but the bathroom was a different story. The toilet was located between the walk in shower and wall and so narrow that any reasonably sized adult would need to be a contortionist to use comfortably. Considering the amount I was charged for the nights accommodation this was frustrating.
