Incredible location, so close to everything. Hotel is neat and clean. Piotr on the staff was incredibly helpful but overall service was nice. Breakfast was quite underwhelming with even the juice very synthetic. Initially got a room with a window that literally looked into the hotel and so all walking the could look inside so the curtain has to also stay on, which gives a very boxed feeling. Requested teh front desk team and got the best high rise room on the 5th floor (same room type) but the commode was in such a thin space it became incredibly hard to sit and use a bidet to wash. The shower set however was very nice and the room temperature was also very easily maintained to personal liking. Room had nothing to keep the suitcase on but other than that the room was overall very nice and clean. Will return maybe but hopefully to a room that checks all the boxes next time.

Room was clean and tidy, but kettle, no wardrobe, no fridge. It was not a cheap price. Leaving your suitcases was not an option unless you paid for it. The only thing it had going for it, was it was central and easy to get there from airport. Would only go there again if I was travelling by train to other parts.

Friendly staff; clean; great bar and social area. Only thing I would have liked is more space for clothes (only 4 hangers against a frame in the way and one small counter top area)
