ibis Styles Amsterdam Central Station 3 stars

This hotel is right in the heart of Amsterdam which is a god send when you need to be within walking distance of your trips necessities. Our original booking was cancelled due to a British Airways cancellation, and despite a no refund policy, the hotel rescheduled our stay which was generous of them. The rooms are compact, however the shower is good and the bed is comfortable. It's somewhere comfortable to sleep at the end of the day and the location is second to none for the price. You can also keep your luggage there after checkout so you can pop down to a shop and relax until your flight. Overall a nice hotel with a great location.

I booked via my comapny travel agency, still the person an reception wanted me to pay again. The overall hotel smelled very badly. Brreakfast downstairs and you have to walk next o the durety and fresh linen. Breakfast had no tastem joghurt was the best. I will not book this hotel again way to expensive for the conditions.

Staff kindness, perfect location, good breakfast, clean and tidy, all in all it was a great experience at a fair price.

We had a great 2 night stay. Close to what we had planned to see for walking but public transport options close by also. Breakfast was good options and well priced. I would stay here again. If your looking a for a large hotel room this isn’t your gig but we just wanted a clean hotel, central to what we were seeing. Ticked all our boxes.

My wife, baby and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped us a lot and attended to all our needs. I would to particularly praise Rania. She was very helpful and kind to us with her time and effort. The facilities were great and clean. We enjoyed our stay and next time we are in Amsterdam we hope to stay there again.
