The hotel provides free shuttle to the town and can arrange tuk tuk if you can't catch the bus. The room is large and cozy. Must highlight the rice field in the heart of the hotel. Hotel arranged a room with superb view as requested

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Pullman, from their sustainability policy to the helpful and totally patient staff. I am most thankful for amenities such as a free shuttle from the downtown area, a free bicycle. However, please make sure bikes work well. Most tires were flat.

Turned up on the off chance. Reception and check in all smoothly handled. The room / chalet was lovely - fixtures and fittings all of a high standard and the blind arrangement separating the bathroom from the living space is an excellent way of splitting (or not) the spaces. Room service was prompt and efficient with the items professionally presented (the mango and sticky rice though can't beat the Thai Isaan quality though!) The spacious grounds are well maintained and the large pool area very appealing. Breakfast was excellent - an excellent choice and with first class service. We're looking to join the Pullman Loyalty programme as a result of this stay. Can't say better!
