Good value in Haeundae

Haeundae hotels with ocean view tend to be overpriced, so I was very happy with the value for money of Ibis Budget Haeundae: located at the very beginning of the beach across the street from a parking lot and a little park before you reach the beach, the sea view rooms have a lovely view of the Dongbaeksom peninsula. The room was not big, but absolutely sufficient. Thanks to the large window it did not feel small. I loved sitting at the desk looking out the window. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The bathroom solution was great given the small space: the toilet was a separate room, the washbasin was half in the room, half concealed by a wall and then there was a shower stall. I stayed in the room alone, but this setup is also comfortable for friends. There is a large vacant lot next to the hotel, so in the next months or years there might be construction noise.

Excellent location with good price.

C ( 21.02.18 ) This hotel was one of many hotel in Haeundae area, and the location was excellent near Haeundae beach. Overall, there was good atmosphere, and the staff was kind. The room was a little small, but except room size, all was good to me. Especially, the price was very good, so there was good place to stay with cheap price.

All of employees are very kind and careful. We're touched. Cozy beds. Bedclothes feels so good. Great view.(I saw the sunrise at the window) The room was small but I can accept because of the charges.

The room was small, but the room was clean and the staff service was good. I was satisfied because I could see the sea out of the window. One disadvantage was that the bathroom smelled a little bad in the room.

This is a really good hotel in a great location just one street back from Haeundae Beach, Busan Korea. It’s also easy walking distance to the main ‘walking street’ and close to cafes and restaurants. The hotel is really well equipped with a great small gym, steam rooms and a hot spa, all overlooking the beach. Sadly the bar & restaurant were closed except for breakfast, which I skipped, so I didn’t get a chance to check them out. In the off season, it mustn’t be worthwhile keeping it running normal hours. It also has a coin laundry that came in very handy! The beach is beautiful and I could imagine the whole area going off in summer. The rooms were well equipped and I was upgraded to a lovely small suite. I was also given an early check-in, in line with my ACCOR loyalty club status, which was most welcome since my plane landed from Bangkok around 8am. The staff were really lovely, especially on Reception and they helped me book the bullet train to Seoul On-Line. Not an easy feat as it turned out, but they persevered and one lady in particular (who’s name I sadly didn’t get) (see pic) just wouldn’t give up! A big thank you to them all! I had a really lovely stay and only wish it would have been longer. An all round winner! Happy to recommend this hotel to you.
