First of all, the staffs are all friendly although a slight hiccup during checkin process that took longer than I usually experienced in the 5 star hotel in Bali. But after that the stays have been very pleasant on the interconnecting rooms we are staying. Linens are very clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows that makes you feel wanting to stay in bed for longer. Although there are some opportunity for improvement for the rooms we stayed in ; Rooms may benefit from small refurbishment. Curtains track appear may have been rusted therefore difficult to open or close. Bathroom floor which seemed to be a black tiles with damaged waterproofing membrane and having water sip under them. Water bubbles formed exited from the floor at every steps. It gives that’s wet feels on the floor and you must put few towels to soak it. And lastly the air-conditioning that have wet odour every time it just started. And lastly bathtub spout that is not working! PS: perhaps this is may be an isolated experience given it is less than what we expected of a normal 5 star from Sofitel. Restaurant foods are great especially at Toya. Staffs were very attentive. And special mention for Gek Ayu Mardewi at Toya who made the dining feeling special. I recommend to give her a shoutout when you meet her when you dine at Toya. Gym is very clean. I had the opportunity to have 1-1 personal training with Gek Noviandani. She is a pro and experienced athlete. She will tailor your training to your need and still be able to make the workout fun with result. Thank you Sofitel Nusa Dua to have been part of our family Bali holiday experience!

Great service by Danone by the pool. Beautiful pool and great cocktails. Sofitel Nusa Dua is really beautiful and great vibes. The beach side bar Toya was beautifully lit and again Goood food and music. Just lazed out and enjoyed by the pool.

Great start to our annual Bali trip. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. The staff were all fantastic. The room was a great size, lovely decor and clean. Also decorated with cake etc to acknowledge my birthday. Restaurants and choice were fab, plenty of gluten free options. The grounds were spacious and offered plenty for an active 2 year old inc. kids club which we didn’t use just as there was so much to see and do outdoors and in the pool. Access to paths along the beach for walks was easy with a stroller. Would definitely recommend and have no hesitation for us returning.

Our Family vacation was everything we wanted and much more. Sofitel Bali was beautiful and the service was outstanding. Every single employee went out off their way to assist in every way possible. Mr. Dasa was always available whenever we needed to do any bookings or needed advice on any matter.
