If you have to be at this area for a convention or concert then this would be the best place to stay. Rooms are small but that is the brand. Housekeeping was excellent, I was on 12 floor.breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Two restaurants in building so plenty of food choices. Easy walking to halls thru overpass. Very nice reception greetings and pleasant smiles. Will stay again.

The property has Very small bathrooms. No pressure in bathroom shower. I Had to call the engineers every day for my entire stay to repair it. Wasted my 30 mins every morning. Also the staff doesn’t speak proper English it’s very difficult to communicate with them. The breakfast served was always cold and the Indian food tasted extremely bad. Overall very dissatisfied by the experience at this property.

We regret if the standard ibis bathroom size was not to your convenience, for larger room we may recommend our sister hotel Novotel Impact. We apologize if you had trouble with the water pressure, this could happen during peak time on our highest floor, 19th in your case. We will definitely look into this. While our team are not native English speaker, we have few staffs with perfect English communication available at the hotel, we are sorry if we had trouble communicating with the team. As for the Indian food, kindly be informed that especially for this event we ordered the food from an specialize Indian food company located in Bangkok, while it might not be the pure authentic Indian food, the team try there best to please our guest Indian and vegan option on this occasion.
