Staff is great and notably Rado. He is Always very welcoming, speak many different languages. Is very professional and proactive by asking if any needs (taxi, places around the hotel). Definitely one of the best hotel receptionist person I dealt with Thanks Rado

I was seen by Rado as soon as I walked through the door was greeted with excellent service. He helped me out where he could and offered answers to all of my questions. Definitely will stay again. I really recommend staying here as the staff are very accommodating.

The room was nice, and the people working there were nice. The only problem was the high price for the breakfast in the very nice restaurant on top.

Stayed at the Novotel multiple times and hotel staff and facilities are good value for money and close location to Canary Wharf. However, the hotel is badly let down by the bar/restaurant area. The views out over the city are fantastic but unfortunately the service does not match this. With a fairly limited menu coupled with regular slow service I would recommend to avoid and instead enjoy eating and drinking at one of the many places you can find a short walk away over on Canary Wharf instead
