Not sure if I will stay there anymore: -room is not very practical. For example, it is hard to find a place to plug the hairdryer and actually have a mirror. - no shampoo was in the room when I arrived. Just body lotion - the water was not replenished during my second day - break buffet is not worth the money. Extremely limited choice and espresso coffee products are made by cheap quality machines

The room was a little basic but the view really made up for that. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, when I first got in there was bottles of water left from the pervious guests I know this as the bottles where already half drank. I had asked reception to get this changed to which some one had put in new bottles but not taken the old ones away this isn’t great considering covid is a thing now. Just wasn’t to pleased with the overall cleanliness grim on shower and some stains here and there within the room.

We had numerous off complications with out stay, firstly when we got into our room our room wasn’t cleaned properly as someone else make up products were left on the chair and on the table in the apartment, we did notify the staff but nothing came off it. Secondly the sink was blocked, again we notified the staff they said they were going to send someone to check it out but we stayed awake for two and a half hours and no one came to check it out, last but not least my Cousin for bitten really badly and even though the hotel did a inspection of the room and didn’t find any bugs of a sort they didn’t do enough to figure out how she got bit nor did they even compensate us for the terrible stay.

I was volunteering at an event at West India Quay and this was the perfect base. I stayed Friday and Saturday night ahead of the event on the Sunday. My room was lovely as was the view and the bed was super comfy! I will definitely keep this hotel in mind again if I'm in London for any events.

Me and my partner had booked via Booking.com and they had completely stuffed up our reservation by cancelling our booking twice for no reason. I was on the phone to Booking.com for 4 hours in the reception of the hotel trying desperately to resolve the situation but unfortunately had no luck. Luckily with the help of the staff members at the Hotel I was able to make a reservation with them and they catered for me and my partner very well even though it wasn’t there error, it was booking.com! They even gave us 2 complimentary cocktails, which definitely helped put my mind at ease. I really appreciated the staff members help as they did everything they could to let us stay even when they were very busy, if it wasn’t for them we would of been going home as it showed on there system we had no reservation made even though I’d booked via booking.com months in advance and they had kept my money.

The room was amazing and we stayed in the city view room and the view was incredible. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel and it was delicious buffet style and the food was always cooked well. The only downsides to our stay was when we first arrived (quite late at night) the staff weren’t the most welcoming and it almost felt they were a bit angry for us arriving which didn’t feel right. Other than when we arrived our interactions with the staff on the desk were absolutely fine. And the only other downside is the television in the rooms, they only have the basic terrestrial channels. sounds like a bit of a nitpick but when we would get back to the hotel in the evening it would have been nice to watch a film or something while in the room but instead there wasn’t anything great so we just had to go to sleep. Because of this I Would recommend investing in something such as Netflix or something similar so that guests have something they can choose to watch. Other than these small things the stay was amazing we had the best time and would definitely do it again

room not hoovered on arrival bed covered in thick bed bug dust along floor and bed base. Booked twin room - space between beds was ridiculous - approx 2in not able to walk between the beds.

Lovely views of river and London skyline from suite

Stayed in a suite to celebrate a special occasion and really enjoyed the stay! The suite was like a home away from home. A card and chocolate bar was left in the room for us which was a nice touch. Being on one of the top floors gave amazing views of the river and London skyline, through the floor to ceiling windows. Enjoyed the dinner, drinks and breakfast at Bokan too. Some things to improve on: slippers were missing from the room, robes and sofas had some stains on (fair enough probably can't be washed off, but just detracts from an otherwise excellent room overall), shower could be more powerful, tea/coffee making area was dusty. Coat hooks by the door would be nice!

This hotel caters equally well for families (we had a grandson staying with us) and for grown-ups just wanting fun. The breakfast is always worth mentioning: excellent choice of both healthy stuff and of more traditional fare. And the service is always impeccable even when there are many people having breakfast at the same time.

Nice room, nice view. But room service food was poor, swimming pool wasn’t the greatest, temperature was a bit off. Sauna wasn’t hot, pressed the button several times. Waited up to 30 minutes, waste of my time. Just didn’t make me sweat. If anything, made me ill. Shower was nice in my room instead. Breakfast was okay. Staff were okay. Sofa chair in my room had stains and the hotel tried hiding it by putting a table over it? 3/5 only because of the view.

Needed somewhere to stop overnight and the hotel was conveniently located 2 minutes away from where I needed to be. Had a fantastic room on the 32nd floor with views over London. The restaurant and bars were located on the 38 floor, with an outside roof terrace

This hotel was overall very good, only thing that let it down was the bar staff in the rooftop bar. We had to wait 35 minutes for a drink, then 20 minutes for a second drink, I’m not sure if they were just short staffed or particularly slow that night.
