Good services from the workers there, they also have a big room with bathtubs and a shower. The food there is also great there are many options and tradistional foods. They have a great location where it is near a mall and other restaurants. The pillows there are also great and comfortable

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Mercure Hotel in Medan! The hotel was clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay A special highlight was when the hotel surprised my hubby with a birthday celebration while we were having breakfast by the pool. It was such a thoughtful gesture with a beautiful cake, a platter of assorted fruits, and even the staff singing birthday song! My husband was completely surprised and it made the moment even more memorable. Thank you to everyone at Grand Mercure for making our stay so special
