Everything was fantastic except for the golf course mowing at 5:30am! This is a great hotel with everything you could need in a lovely location. My only suggestion is to ask the mowerman to start his day at the other end of the course, not right under the guest windows. To be woken up by mowing at 5:30am ruined a perfectly great hotel stay. Other than that it was great!

Two night stay for sporting commitment. Great room. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Friendly staff. The resort has a relaxed,, happy vibe.. The hotel is out of the Gold Coast traffic snarls and general holiday craziness which is great. Short drive to Broadbeach and shopping. Only criticism is that our room was at the other end of the resort away from the restaurant and main pool. There are no walkways through the resort so you have to go through the carpark?

We love the nature surrounding the hotel and all facilities available promoting an enjoyable resort stay. The highest point was the pet friendly room we have booked in advance which allowed me us to bring our fur companion to the trip.

The room was not clean, there were spider webs everywhere, constant garbage at the bottom of the stairs on the ground, no room service and no lift
