Reception and pool were lovely, though the standard of rooms did not match. Rooms were dated and unwelcoming, not even a bottle of water? Overall we found most staff were unfriendly and once again not welcoming. A couple of ladies on breakfast staff were nice and dinner wait staff were pleasant. One night we found a large ball of someone else’s hair next to our pillows which was rather off putting. Then a few minutes later a huge cockroach ran across our bed. The following morning I explained our experience to the manager and she apologised and organised to have our bed linen changed?? Overall disappointing.

Was on level 2 facing the golf grounds. Serene and peaceful. The only downside was lifting my bags up the stairs. There is no lift. Plenty bays for parking of cars, and the parking bays are broad. A good restaurant and a professional front desk staff. Thanks Mercure.
