Our kids really like this resort, however, the quality of service and surrounds has declined in recent years.

Lovely stay :) Nice food - great buffet. Friendly staff. Upgraded to a spa room. No view but lovely big room and comfortable queen beds. Internet was fast and streaming worked well. Only downfall room service finishes at 8pm so we missed this as we were at a function and returned to our room and couldn’t order anything. Otherwise we had a great stay. Lovely welcome gift of wine and chocolates and a couple bottles of water. Only downside of the weather is rainy you have to walk in the rain back to the restaurant or car park. Much quieter than the hotels in Surfers.

We love here and happy to be back again, just a little bit disappointed about room has been smell mouldy and the card you ready for us it supposed to be very sweet but you put the wrong name on (it was for Laura?) Otherwise the bar is amazing, people are so friendly.
