Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean and tidy and we received an upgrade to a Golf course view. Checkin was good, friendly and efficient. The breakfast options were disappointing though. The location is close enough to shopping and restaurants if you have a vehicle. We aren’t golfers, so the Golf Course was only nice for the view.

Awesome stay at Mercure Gold Coast. From the check in to the easy check out the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. The room had a great view of the golf course. The bar service was really good and they made a awesome martini. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and was managed excellent in these different times.

Enjoyable relaxing stay, hardly affected by Covid restrictions.

We have stayed at this resort a number of times and always enjoyed excellent service. This time the hotel was very quiet with minimal staff (due to Covid) but this did not seem to affect the level of service. At reception the staff member even left her post to personally take our bags to our room which showed how much the staff cared about still providing exceptional service. Meal options were restricted but the food was still excellent and delivered very quickly. We ate at the bar several times but were able to take pizzas to our room on State of Origin night. All in all another enjoyable, relaxing stay. Hope the resort is rewarded with many more patrons soon. They deserve congratulations for the great service they provided us in what must be difficult times for them.

Convenient location with undercover parking. The staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast menu was good, but the dinner menu needs to be updated, it has not changed in over 12 months... grilled fish and steaks would be good!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We had an upstairs room with a view over golf course and near the second smaller swimming pool in the resort. Rooms are quiet with no nearby noise. Good bed. Room was small bit adequate but not luxury. Bathroom small with shower over a triangle shaped spa bath. Room dated but clean and tidy. Highlights of our stay were the breakfasts and dinners. Dinners were excellent and with Accor card were cheap. Large swimming pool area was excellent with a nearby spa bath, and very large well equipped gym with a sauna room. There is a very large underground car parking area. There are no lifts only stairs to the rooms which makes getting luggage to and from rooms an effort. Resort is very well maintained. Great friendly efficient staff. Great location near Broadbeach and Pacific Fair shopping centre. Management to be congratulated on how this resort is maintained and operated. Good value. We would stay again if in the Gold Coast especially if we have a rental car, as a lot of GC hotels have no free car parking.

I have stayed here over 28 times now. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable The staff helpful the food in the restaurant is good and as accor member 50% off is even better. I come back because they make me feel welcome

Great Hotel. Have stayed many times over the years and have enjoyed many functions as well. Pity this stay occurred during Covid 19 that obviously changed normal procedure, mainly Bar and Restaurant operations. The rooms are fine, all staff encountered including room attendants, reception and ground staff were outstanding. The resort location suits me perfectly whilst on the Gold Coast.

there was unfortunately no coffee or tea provided during the day and no bar/restaurant service due to the virus.

We have stayed a couple of times as a local getaway and have not been disappointed.. the rooms are perfect and clean, love the good and cocktails and the pool is beautiful... I especially enjoy sitting out on the deck watching the golfers.. can’t wait til the bar and resturant can run as normal...

Even though we are still under COVID-19 restrictions, the staff were fantastic. Couldnt use the restaurant but meals served in the bar area. Dinner was OK given the limited menu but breakfast was very good. Very satisfied with my stay

Good customer service, room clean but the room had an overpowering musty smell. No foxtel channels and even though the resort had few guest we were put in a room right next to others which lacked privacy in the courtyard

We stay at thebmercure frequently and this is the first stay since January and the covid drama began. The room was fantastic as expected always a great sleep there were unfortunately 3 flaws this time. 1 being we were a family of four (2 adults 2 kids) and had only 2 towels. And 2nd the Foxtel was completely down for the block we were stating in. We were in 2106 and another family member stayed in 2103 and had the same issues. Luckily wifi was unlimited and free so we were able to watch the footy via iPad. And lastly it's great the pool has reopened but ofcourse no one is going to use the facility when the heating isn't on nor is the pool cleaned of leaves and debris floating in pool. Went to swim and it was ridiculously cold.

First 2N stay in a hotel after travel restrictions lifted in QLD. No usual perks ie welcome drink, welcome gift etc but didn’t bother us. Staff was great at reception, cleaners and breakfast.
