The room and beddings are very clean and neat. Customer service is super good. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly especially Kay. I stayed here for 10 days and I recommend others to also stay here in Novotel Yangon. ❤️

I briefly stayed at Novotel Yangon Max with my cousin sisters and one problem which we had encountered was that they locked us out of our room though we had informed about “late check out”. We were locked out in public lobby with our swimsuits as we could no longer use our card to use the elevator either! Plus, one of our rooms smelled like cigarettes (seemed like the previous guests might have smoked in the bathroom!). Otherwise, it was okay.

Big 5 star hotel with huge Ballrooms , events, & many options for restaurants, and other venues .lively hotel with Big Gym & Pool . Spacious rooms and deep bath tub. Environmental friendly hotel avoiding the use of plastic water etc. Well trained team and great Daniel from F.O.

you need to improve a lot on breakfast line, My first time with you, Last year, it's very fascinating! I stay for 6 nights with you, and your breakfast line is not interesting at all compared with Lotte Hotel or Melia Hotel. You have 3 Noodle Station!, Fried Rice, Fired Noodle, Poridge....... there's only one Hot Protein Menu for each day! (except Egg station) very sad for that. I want you to improve because I love your hotel.
