ibis Bali Legian Street 3 estrelas

Room was good. I liked it tho. There's no view in my room but I could see a Pura. Bed was comfy and I got a good sleep here. Hotel was in the middle of the Legian street. I could go anywhere by walk. Everything near the hotel was a bar, brunch restaurant, shop, etc. Good. The parking lot is limited, but was fine if you using a motorcycle. The staff was really kind and helpful. Check in was smooth, also check out too. Food was good. Its cheap. Only 80k if you make a additional. but, I really dissappoint because access to the pool only open at 10am while I already had a schedule that time. I want see the view. That's why I give a 4 of 5.

The hotel itself is falling apart. The owner really needs to put some money into fixing this place. The bathroom was so disgusting and the smell from the drain was making me ill. Even with daily cleaning and the door closed, I had to keep spraying my room. My mums water stopped working several times during our stay. The power went out a few times, the air conditioning kept changing on its own and the kettle in my room was so badly damaged, it was literally falling apart, chunks of the plastic were breaking off into the water, these types of plastic can be harmful and carcinogenic. I ended up buying a kettle as the one in my mum's room was also bad and from previous reviews this is a common issue. Some other things to consider, when I booked it said there was a restaurant, bar, and pool bar. this isn't the case. There's an old seating area on the roof which might have been a bar once upon a Time but it's been closed down and there's signs saying no alcohol in the pool area, there's no bar in this hotel unless you want fruit juice and you can get breakfast in the morning but there's no restaurant, even room service is limited as many items were not available while we stayed here. The staff and location however are the best thing about this hotel. I wish I could give it 5 stars just because of how lovely the staff are, but the hotel is old and out dated and I feel that if the owner took the time and money to update their hotel it would benefit it greatly as the staff here are just amazingly kind and wonderful people. Please consider these upgrades, your hotel has so much potential and the staff are carrying it and they are the main reason people want to come back.

Padrão Ibis. Quarto confortável e chuveiro bom. Frigobar e chaleira elétrica, que melhoram muito a experiência. O buffet de café da manhã não está disponível. Tem algumas opções para você escolher e levam uma box no quarto no horário que você agendar. No primeiro dia m, trouxeram o meu errado, mas no segundo foi muito gostoso. A piscina só fica aberta até as 6 da tarde, o que é bem estranho pois o por do sol é as 6:20 e da piscina é um ótimo lugar para observar o por do sol. Num geral, uma experiência boa pelo preço. Acredito que tenha reaberto há pouco tempo devido à pandemia.

Hotel confortável, acessível, perto do aeroporto e principais pontos de Bali, café da manhã excelente, funcionários atenciosos, uma piscina com deck na cobertura, estacionamento incluso. A localização é perfeita, bares, restaurantes, lojas e muito mais... tudo perto do Ibis Legian Street.

O hotel possui café da manhã de qualidade, um restaurante razoável, mas nos quartos não fumantes vem muito cheiro de cigarro pelos banheiros, provavelmente de alguém fumando no andar de cima. Um dos parceiros do hotel (Bastian) tentou nos entregou um voucher para um prêmio a ser recebido por um tal de Karma Group.
