I arrive today at 3pm to have a bussines and pleasure, than i stay at mercure jakarta, its good ambiance and People very friendly, i come to restaurant to eat ala carte than i meet djimi andres to hello me with dinner, i eat satay ayam and Hé give compliment cheese cake and mix fruit platter excellent service by djimi... great customer service and staff

We ate AYCE lunch proper more delicious, favourite is okonomiyaki & Karashi ramen... 😊 Japanese salad please put white cabbages... Dessert quite good but it's ok for some people not to much sweet... more design dessert such panda or character, service ok finest by Pak djimi andres and team, so overall point 1 to 10 is 8 points....

This is a first time for me stay at mercure pik, room is very clean,all staff is very helpful, the place is very close to the airport and connecting to shopping mall and a lot of restaurant japannesse,korean and chinnese food round here, thanks for mr kevin for this taro latte is very creamy and not too sweet i like it.

This is a fairly new hotel (they were having their 6th anniversary celebration during my visit) and it is strategically located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, or PIK for short which is very close to the airport and just next to the highway hence access in and out of the hotel is most convenient. There is also a mall linked to the hotel but the shops/outlets are fairly limited. There is a great number of eateries in the mall and surrounding the hotel, however they are fairly pricey. The hotel itself is what you would come to expect from an Accor group hotel that’s in the midrange price point - great service all around and adequate facilities. Being a Gold member, I was upgraded to the privilege room and it was good. It was fairly on the smaller side and my only minor gripe would be the lack of a proper closet (they have this open concept hanger thing which I’m just not a fan of) but other than that, everything else was good for a short business stay. Will definitely return.

Overall 8.5 out of ten..

The smell of the lobby very nice with the table and chair arangement quite neat. All the staff were very helpfull in so many ways. The Room is superb with a nice view of a golf course. Love the breakfst esp the redbean porridge, mee bakso and the authentic batawi soup.
