Close to airport but thats it

We arrived shortly before 10PM to have a quick rest before our connecting flight at 4.30AM the next day. The check-in process was smooth. We quickly ordered meals as we haven't got the chances to have dinner. The in-dining waiting took too long in my views, we got our meal at 11:15ish PM (almost 1 hour 15mins after order). We expected to have smooth hot-water shower but instead the water was brown and gross in all of our 4 rooms. I called for technical maintenance and it was solved after 15-20 mins but we need to wait another 10 mins to get the water decent enough to take shower. All in all we got ready to bed at 1AM to get ready for 2:30 taxi ride for our 4:30 AM flight so you can imagine the experience was quite terrible. Other observations: 1. Check in and check out experiences were nice and as expected 2. Taxi was always ready 3. Bed was comfy enough and in par w. JW Mariott in terms of comfyness 4. Rooms were way smaller than expected In summary: Personally I won't staying here anymore

The hotel is well located in Pantai Indah Kapuk area. It is convenient to travel to nearby attractions, such as Pantjoran PIK, Urban Farm, Cove, and Pantai Pasir Putih.

Well located, and it's above mall so make us easy to kill time.

Room was very clean and the hotel is attached to shopping mall. Also we can easily go to Swissotel for additional choice of restaurant such as excellent Chinese national. Breakfast was also satisfying.

So this is my first time stay in Mercure PIK.. My room upgraded to Privilege.. But this is what happened.. I got a bad room.. - clogged wash basin - an error safety box that always make a sound every 30 minutes. - tv is lagging... Sometime only sound that appear I have called service crew twice the issues still same.. So yeah, its my bad experience to stay in this room

I stayed for two nights as it was the most modern and reasonably priced hotel near the airport. My room was small but perfectly functional with a very conformable bed, basic amenities & shower. The WiFi speed was great and the hotel benefited from being attached to a new mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, even when I checked out in the very early hours for a morning flight.

Health protocol was well implemented. Room was properly sanitized, bed was good. Location wise, it's connected to the PIK Avenue Mall, and close to any culinary trails. Lovely. My daughter loved the pool.

We enjoyed our time there. The location near many cullinary destination that we wanted. Bebek bihun at Pluit, chinese legendary noodle restaurant and many more. And we had visite “the hype PIK 2”. Enjoy the white sand beach. Its cool !

Bad First impression

during my stay at dozens of accor group hotels, only this time I was refused to use a room voucher upgrade on the grounds that I was not a gold member. I was also not given a welcoming drink voucher (I had to ask the staff). Then the lift in this hotel is terrible, I have to wait 15 minutes every time I go up or down the floor. As an accor member, I do not recommend a staycation at this hotel, if you are a non member or want to stay near the airport, maybe this hotel can be an option.

Great location next to a mall, very helpful if you need food, and to pass time. Wonderful service especially the front line staffs (Tasya and the rest) Decent breakfast. Decent room size for the price.

I was on business trip alone, and i spend 3 days at the hotel, get a good sleep and bicycle trip to PIK 2. It was a pleasant stay. I will defenitely go back there for my business trip. Keep up the good job !

Laundry service was terrible

I put laundry on 10 March 2021 before 9 am, should be finished at the same day at 8 pm based on their service agreement but until 11 March 2021 8 am when I asked to the housekeeping they said the laundry will be finished at 10 am while I had to check out to catch the flight to Manado.

Maintenance of the facilities & Restaurant Service

I have been staying at this Hotel (Mercure Hotel PIK) for quite a while now, I have seen the poor maintenance of the room, specially the FLOOR CARPETS and the stains & cracks of the hand basin in the toilets. Also, a couple of times I was in the restaurant for breakfast I noticed there is only one person serving the BUFFET. We have to wait to be serve since we cannot take our own food. I suggest the Restaurant Manager should take a good look at this issues because it's becoming a regular scenario.

We stayed 4 days - privilege room is highly recommended! Good location with direct access to PIK Avenue shopping center, 15min to airport and all wishable facilities inhouse. Breakfast buffet us great, staff super friendly; nake you feel home from home. Excellent stay for business and jakarta stop over.

Perfect location ..just Next to PIK Avenue Mall...walking distance to PIK fresh market & 5 minute by car to PIK 2 food market, Pantjoran PIK where you can find local hawker.. 10 minute by car to PIK 2 beach Another Mercure Hotel with excellent service from all the staff, Nice breakfast menu.. The Privilege Room with beatiful view of PIK area from buildings, premuim houses , golf court & sea view on the otherside
