Staffs are friendly and helpful. Beach and Bali collection(shopping arcade) just 5mins walk from hotel you also can ask hotel staff to drive you there. Hotel only have 1restaurant but its good enough for satisfy my 3meals and the lobster was good, breakfast is nice I like it serve as a la carte iso buffet. Mini bar in the room is free of charge (except alcohol). The pool size in the room is bigger than I thought at least the size is good enough to swim a bit. But the outdoor shower location is a bit inconvenience. Overall its nice to stay in Amarterra Villas Bali Mgallery.

It was our 3rd time at the Villas. Villas and grounds are perfectly maintained and very enjoyable. The access to the beach is easy and the beach area is perfect. The service this time was not as great as the previous times: - no cold towels on arrival (would have been appreciated after a long trip); - welcoming encense ceremony not in the villa but at the reception i.e. just to give us a bracelet to confirm we are patrons of the hotel: in that case give us the bracelet and forget the ceremony alltogether; - no daily fruit basket (while advertised on the hotel web site); moreover the basket we had on arrival was removed on the third day while not finished; - minibar stock either colas or local drinks; no more refreshing ice tea - had to ask twice for refilling the shower gel - no greating from the Manager while she was talking to guests next to our table at breakfast for a long time. A minimum "hello" would have been appreciated especially when there are 6 tables. Globally these are minimal lacks of service but it shows a downward trend in the service. Re. breakfast although very good it was also downgraded: no more lobster offer. As a conclusion we used to have great stays at the Villas, this time it was good

Excellent location and meals. However, a lot of villas in the resort were being renovated, including the one directly next door! Tradesmen working from 8am-6pm every day, power tools, dust, jackhammers etc made it impossible to relax and enjoy what should have been a peaceful stay, either inside or outside by the pool. Booked direct + have Accor status. Was a terrible stay.

Arriving after midnight because of a delayed flight we experienced a very quick professional and friendly check-in. Good on you Front Desk. The one bedroom Villa as experienced next day is beautiful. The D\décor obviously Balinese but really enjoyable. Clean and very practical in all aspects. Bedroom, bathroom and the out-door living area with private pool. Fantastic! The restaurant for breakfast and dinner has an atmosphere created by staff that make you feel at home. Service, choice and variety of food at breakfast wonderful. Dinner the same with a good mix of Balinese and international food. Check-out as good as the check-in. If on the island of Bali it has to be the at the Amarterra Villas by MGalllery. We hope the Skybox is repaired at our next visit?

Staff looked after our every need. They went out of the way to make sure we were content. Amenities are superb . Restaurant also very good. Villas clean with nice strong shower. We will be back as soon as possible.

I cannot rave enough about my 50th birthday celebrations with such a warm and wonderful team at Amarterra....from check in to hand made chocolates for Valentine's, exotic fruit in a gorgeous bird cage, then Valentine's Night Dining by the pool - STUNNING. We enjoyed special cocktails and nibbles daily with the most awesome bar staff...and the presented me with the best chocolate cake EVER...Sang to me (made me cry!). Next day in our room - a special gift... an Indonesian flowering tree to plant as a momento and a great reason to return and check on 'our baby'. Bagus...x 1 00000000000...You have totally exceeded my holiday dreams. Lou & Big Ears x

The reception at the hotel was very pleasant. The friendly staff at the reception gave us the necessary information, our suitcases were brought to the villa and we were accompanied there. The hotel employee introduced us to the advantages of our villa. Perfect. Since the villa is equipped with a sound system, I connected it to my smartphone and we could enjoy the villa accompanied by my music. The breakfast is rich and the staff absolutely friendly and courteous. The ambience in the hotel is very pleasant and radiates a pleasant peace. A disadvantage is the bad internet connection. But on demand at the reception we got an own router which solved the problem. Due to the vegetation in the villa there are more leaves and flowers in the pool and on the terrace. These were only removed from room service to a very limited extent. Maintenance can also be improved here and there, but that is already suffering at a high level. But these are also the only points of criticism. During our next stay in Bali, this hotel with its wonderful villas will definitely be included in our selection.

スタッフの方が皆さん笑顔でとても親切で、気持ち良く滞在することができました。最終日夜チェックアウトということで朝食が取れない為、代わりのサービスをお願いしたのですが、いろいろなプランを検討頂きました。マネージャの方には非常にお世話になりました。機会があればまた宿泊したいと思いますし、知人にも薦めていきたいと思います。

My husband and I and our 21 months old toddler spent one week at the Amarterra Villa in early August. We had an absolutely amazing time! The staff at the Amarterra Villa are just so wonderful, every single person was so helpful, attentive and made sure we were well looked after at all times. They made sure all our requests were met immediately and was always so sweet to our little boy. Aside from the fact that it is an amazing resort, the people were just so nice and friendly. The chef made the most delicious meals. Breakfast was amazing! And we really enjoyed the happy hour and afternoon snacks by the pool. Absolutely recommend this resort to travellers visiting Nusa Dua.

Five star service, Five star meals. All staff are beyond kind, friendly and helpful. AMAZING in every way. Rooms cleaned twice per day. Beds turned down at night. Crusts cut off bread for toast.... Amarterra takes it to a new level. Fabulous location, close to so may shops.

This resort is simply faultless, the villas are exceptional, the plunge pool was amazing with the day bed for relaxing, the lush tropical gardens, the indoor and outdoor shower was perfect, the outdoor living area was amazing, the food, the amenities and everything else associated to this resort was just perfect!

This was our 2nd visit to the Amarterra Villa Resort and it has, once more, surpassed all expectations. From the moment we were collected by car from our previous hotel by Gede we were made to feel like truly valued guests right up until check out! It was lovely to see some familiar faces - complimentary canapés delivered to our villa by the lovely Komang. This charming lady with a beautiful smile is so delightful! Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on account of our Accor membership too! The resort is absolutely stunning - the villas out of this world. We do appreciate also that the complex has a full size swimming pool which is great for morning exercise. Breakfast is truly amazing - beautifully prepared and a real treat each morning. Thank you to Gunawan - great service and nothing was ever too much trouble. We ate on two occasions at the restaurant in the evening. Food is delicious and well prepared - thank you to the chef and Adit, Liberta and Ari Yoda. Great service all round from everybody. We had a wonderful time and the Accor Plus dining discount is much appreciated. The beach is a short stroll from the complex - and what a beach it is. Spotlessly clean and a great beach club with loungers provided by the resort. Once more a totally faultless and wonderful stay. Thank you so much to all the team at the Amarterra you were brilliant. So sorry I can't mention you all by name! We will be back soon for sure!

Back here for second time on November 2017 Check in and out are great. Very nice and helpful staffs. The villa is still comfy, though additional lights around the hotel would be nice. The breakfast are excellent. Good quality and many choices. Overall it was a very nice stay.
