Bedroom in overall good but bathroom with many issues

Overall it was a good stay, but I feel the breakfast options could improve. I also believe I paid too much through booking.com because I compared my rate with others who booked directly through the hotel and I know I was paying double.

The rooms need better lighting - when it's dark outside there is insufficient lighting in the rooms. Likewise, the corridors are very dark and movement-sensitive lighting is slow to react and insufficient to see room numbers down the corridor. Bathrooms need renovation - they don't fee very clean and the shower area is crusty with limescale. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be good, and an iron and ironing board. Swimming pool is nice.

The hotel is in the best location but the cleaning is not as good as it was before. As always the Brazilian employees are so friendly and polite. I’m not sure if I will come back here.

looks good outside but inside is less than desireable

Hotel is very nice looking from the exterior, however the rooms are nasty, old and lack basic attention. Room was not sufficiently cleaned, really nasty headboard. walls were scuffed. terrible.
