Great service, great breakfast, great for lunch and evening meals, speaks english which was great plus, anything we needed (I travelled with family) was attended to straight away and efficiently and promptly. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will miss everyone in Caesar Business Hotel, everyone made us feel at home. Wifi is super fast, facilities are excellent, great size pool and gym. The excellent UDON restaurant is a real plus and the food is superb. The hotel reception staff deserves a special mention, Thiago and his colleagues were simply the best I have come across in a long time, if we needed stay extension, bed linen, keys, iron, window opening, everyting was done quickly and efficiently. Finally, Caesars is central and convenient to great shos and restaurants in Belvedere. We will be going back for sure. I highly recommend Caesars!

The rooms were spacious. The AC cooled the room. Water pressure in shower was good. Room and hotel facilities were clean. The staff at the hotel was helpful and very friendly. Their breakfast exceeded my expectations and was one of the best I have had at a hotel. The best part of the hotel it its location. It is right across the street from a mall with a great selection of restaurants.

The hairdryer was not working in my room and the receptionist refused to give me another room. Dont think im going to stay there once again. Also the recepcionist in the front desk does not speek portuguese very well. O secador nao estava funcionando no quarto. O recepcionista nao quis me mudar de quarto mesmo tendo outros disponiveis. O recepcionista nao fala bem portugues e é muito dificil a comunicacao com ele.

Expensive location with dirty pool, unorganized staff

First, I've arrived at 6 AM at the hotel, tired and wanting to sleep and the room I booked was unavailable. So the not so good portuguese speaker, recepcionist, tried to offer me lower and adapted rooms with single beds (I was with my girlfriend, so I obviously declined). When he realized I was really going not to accept the worst rooms, all of the sudden, a better room appeared available in the system... then he finally (after wasting me 10-15 minutes) offered me a 2 higher category upgrade (free of charge). Breakfast is good. The bad rating is because of the problem i've related in the beginning of the review and also I've mainly booked this hotel to use the pool, because it's hot in here these days, and in the end I did not entered the pool because it was very DIRTY and disgusting. This hotel is one of the most expensive in my area and such problems are unacceptable.

As I have already stayed in the Hotel in the past, I sincerely loved it. But I have to say something as a positive critic: The gym room is a little bit dark. I had some difficult when in there. I tried to turn on all lamps, but it did not functioned.

The reception service was really good, the hotel location is good, the only issue was the service clean, during the whole period, the room was not cleaned.

My preferred hotel in Belo Horizonte, staff are great, rooms are huge with comfy beds & a good shower. Breakfast has a great selection & a chef on hand for additional items. The hotel is located in a nice area, less than an hour from the airport and across from a busy shopping centre with a wide range of shops & restaurants (Madero is best). All around a great hotel when visiting Belo!

The room have some defects on bathroom - that was promptly correct, it's true - but the floor was spotted by some chemical product. They open a new restaurant in front lobby and the park lot was a mas due to te amount of cars to park at the same lime. The white wine welcome drink was not chilled, so it was not possible to be drink at my arrival (I had to carry it to my room). Waiters were careless in the hotel restaurant - they just doesn't show up to take costumer orders.

very nice hotel, located in an upscale neighborhood across the street from a shopping mall. very nice restaurant at the hotel, staff very friendly and attentive, however most of them don't speak English. Room is big and bed comfy. the only thing I would point is the bathroom that could use an upgrade.

Still haven't fixed shower drainage issue

I have been staying at this hotel for 10 years and every time, every room the shower floor is sloped away from the drain, so you are always standing in a pool of water. Annoying to step into a cool pool of water in the morning. Each stay i report this, except this last stay, and each time the front desk agent appears surprised as if I am the first guest to report the issue. The hotel is too cheap to correct the issue with the shower floors. I put up with it because of the good hotel location.
