After asking twice, using the customer service portal, to get a copy of my receipt for my stay, and waiting for two weeks, I have not gotten any response yet. It is delaying my expense reimbursement and very annoying. You guys should fix this issue, it's not professional for a hotel of your calibre

Great hotel overall, staff is really friendly, the location is perfect and service superb!! Junior at the front desk was not only really nice but very helpful!! Room very, bright, roomy and clean and breakfast very good. The bar was a really good place to end the day.
