ibis Styles Brussels Louise 3 estrelas

It is not your standard ibis styles - this used to be a different hotel, and albeit it has been taken over by Accor Group, the traces of former décor are omnipresent. The room was rather tired, albeit very clean. The bed was good, we slept well, The breakfast was included, however, I would say it wasn't the best breakfast compared to other ibis styles hotels we've have experience staying at. All in all, if you're looking to spend a night and get going, this could be a good option. For a luxury/experience Brussels I would suggest staying elsewhere.

The photos of the hotel online are nothing like the actual hotel itself. Rooms were absolutely disguised. There were green stains on the carpet and bed frame including the sheets and walls. Bathroom was horrific to the point we payed to shower at a near by spa during our trip. There was a hair dryer which didn’t even work and the whole room only had 2 plugs. The elevator barely fit two people inside. House keepers come into the room unannounced at early hours of the morning. If you are looking to stay somewhere in Brussels definitely avoid this hotel.

Hotel is close to the centre of Brussels , so convenient location. The rooms are minimalist/Spartan, but have all your need for your stay. The large double bed is extremely comfortable (the pillows less so). The standard of fittings and decor, such as it is, is a little tired and could do with a refresh. The continental breakfast is good and the choice plentiful. So worth going for that. The croissants are delicious by the way. The hotel has its own underground parking which was a bonus for us. Not that you use your car in Brussels as the public transport is good. The parking charge is 15 Euros a day. Overall, the Ibis Brussels Louise is a value hotel and we will be booking it again for our next trip to Brussels.

Below expectations. Tired hotel, worn out fixtures, walls with marks that make it look almost dirty, the sleep quality was mediocre (for only 2 days, cant imagine more) , the whole place seems more like a budget hotel than an ibis styles. Good location. Good for young, budget travellers i guess.

Nice vu on the famous avenue, surrounded by SO many options to eat drink shop...whats not to like? Good room, normal to brand values...but fine Lovely decor/lounge bar/workspace. Front desk team seemed more preoccupied at times with ea other than guests, bit disinterested, but mebbe just tired. Likely will return
