The hotel is in a very good location (for those who want to avoid the city centre), the room was surprisingly spacious and very clean, the check in experience was pleasant (the receptionist was very efficient and informative - also all reception staff were acknowledging their guests presence, a big thank you to all for creating this welcoming atmosphere), breakfast could be better. I would definitely stay again.

The room was cold and heating mode of the air condition was not good enough to heat whole room. Hotel staff gave me heater device that works with electric in order to heat the room. The hotel staff was very smiling and very helpful. I here by thank to them.

I came to Ibis Louise as it is very close to the head quarter of my company and I found the service excellent. The opportunity to have water, coffee and tea available 24/7 is priceless for people coming for a work mission and very busy The rooms are big and clean, the breakfasts is very rich. Thank you!!!

Hi! I am writing to you because I had an unpleasant experience staying at Ibis Styles Brussels Louise, booking JCJDFBNM. 3 nights-02/10/2020 to 05/10/2020, two people, 3 breakfast, 3 city taxes, other taxes = final total 203.70 euro. Due to the pandemic situation, i postponed this reservation for a year. A month before arriving at the hotel, the airline informed me that my departure flight would be a day earlier. In this situation I had to add one more night (with 99 euros + 4.25 euros city tax) to the 3 nights. So at the reception I had to pay 103.25 euros. Now follows the most unprofessional part: they asked me for 148.30 euros, claiming that the difference of 45.05 euros represents the difference of the room rate from the moment of booking the fourth night and the room rate when i paid the first three nights. Well, if I bought a product (3 nights) with a price, is it normal to be asked for a higher price? They consider the amount paid for the three nights a deposit. In the email that confirming the reservation of the three nights, it clearly says that it is a final payment. For the fourth night, that was the price, that I paid, but for the other nights to bring them to the same price as the fourth night is not fair. This situation forced me to change my vacation plan (less food and tourist attractions). In conclusion, I want a refund of 45 euros. Because I like Ibis hotels, I want to be fair-play and tell you the situation first, and depending on the answer I will receive, I will expose or not, the situation and protection the European Union. Good: the hotel is in a good location. Bad: upon arrival given wrong room - walked into a room with an un-made bed and used tissues. Reception workers then said they gave us the wrong room somehow and told us the correct room. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other rooms. In the morning there was no hot water (????) no apology from reception just that it would be back in 30 mins.. I was not back by then. The shower drain was also blocked and very disgusting. At night an alarm went off - again no apology or explanation as to what it was. The room overlooked a shared terrace - we felt very uncomfortable about this since our balcony door was not locked - i.e. other guests could have looked into our room if they wanted to. Our balcony door was also broken and could not close. On a windy/rainy night we had to prop up a chair against it and a draft still came in.

Standard Ibis Styles hotel with its own atmosphere. Nice room. Very good accessibility by public transport. Limited, but still acceptable breakfast. Staff OK, partly depends on whom do yop meet in service. INternet OK.

Hotel Room was very clean. Enough space in the room. Comfortable double bed, quieter atmosphere with no noise disturbances. Did not order Breakfast or Lunch, so unable to comment on the food. However the hotel has free coffee vending machines in the restaurant which was handy. Free WiFi service in the hotel which is a plus. However i was unable to use the hotels PC as they had no Mouse. The only minor issue i faced was the sink in the Bathroom. The Blocker was stuck in the hole, and water could not go down the drain easily. I reported this to the receptionist who took note. But Being the weekend it wasn't easy to get maintenance guy to sort out the sink Blocker. However i had a very goof 2 nite sleep at the Hotel.

i did not spent a good night . It was very hot weather the Ac was not working , the heater in the bathroom was on . It was very difficult to sleep overnight. Never had such unpleasant stay in a hotel.

Nice hotel in Louise Avenue next to tram and 10 minutes walking distances from downtown. Staff was helpful and breakfast very good. Parking is possible next to the hotel, Sunday free time. Near hotel supermarkets and restaurants are available

This hotel is the worst IBIS Styles I ever stayed in. Only one elevator worked and everything looked as if urgently neeeding maintenance. Largely overpriced! Abovemore I had asked beforehand for a quiet room and what I got was a room wall to wall with the elevator. The staff was not able or willing to change the room, said all rooms are the same. Will not book there again!

Small hotel in the elegant Ixelles. Not far from the city centre, comfortably enough. Reduced options to dinner at the bar, the room was worn and not satisfactorily clean (hairs on the pillows, for example).

Not the best IBIS I've stayed in, but I've stayed in nicer IBIS Budgets...so it wasn't great. Lots of water damage to the ceiling and walls, couldn't control the temperature and the windows barely opened because of work being done on the balconies so it was very warm. The walls are thin, and doors heavy so lots of slamming and noise kept me up all night. You got 1 free water when checking in, but on the subsequent days you didn't get a new one. For 125 a night I expected a bit more.

The receptionist is very nice. I felt really welcomed.The room is large and my dog can play with his ball run after it.The location is also good we could park our car just in front of the hotel and a short distance to the park for dog walk and to the metro, restaurant and so on.I liked their croissant and pain au chocolat.
