All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast has improved vastly and continues to do so Decor has been noticeably freshened up Parking app issues: I used the new parking app but discovered (too late) that check out time defaults to midnight without any warning. An attempt was made to correct it but the system was down - if I receive an additional charge I will ask it to be waived as agreed - the default time should be changed or better instructions for the check out time are needed.

Room not serviced properly not one of the 3 soap dispensers had product in.The beds were not changed,does not state this when booking.Rubbish under bed,obviously not been checked.And the bar downstairs was not stocked with anything we liked,no cognac whatsoever.

Room 382 - Inner window frame has around 10cm of movement out of the window frame and is close to dangerous. Actual window rattles loudly in the wind. Towels are shedding a HUGE amount of white fluff everywhere, my partner and I had to help each other by cleaning it off before going out for the evening. It left lots of white towel fluff all over the floor in the room - it was a LOT. Stay was as pleasant as always, but these issues should be addressed before another guest uses the room.
