Polite staff, nice rooms and bathroom, the only fault I have is on arrival at dinner and breakfast we weren’t told advised of what to do. We had to ask if we should take a seat at dinner and if it was self service at breakfast. We realise that things are difficult with staffing in the Current climate but there was hardly any food available when approaching the food serving area and had to ask for it to be replenished. Overall though we had a good stay and at £89 for one night was good value, especially with the bottle of wine thrown in for dinner and free underground parking .

Noisy, questionable food presentation practices

The room 370 was noisy due to Alarm at ~02:10 and glass recycling truck at ~05:00 and busses in the morning. The window had to be shut for the noise, the room was thus stuffy. The milk in the room was cheese.

Nice place to meet

I stayed only for one night. The room was well prepared and clean. Unfortunately I forgot to take the power adapter (EU/British) to charge my devices. It would be good to buy or to rent an adapter at reception point. Everything was well organized. Only the room door lock seams to be an old ones. I have some problems to open the door.
