Wonderful rooms, amazing restaurants and bar with great food, beyond this the most important is the unbelievable kind attention from hotel people. Close to tech park with easy access to everywhere and the hotel can provide a very good transfer too.

If you’re looking for a hidden gem, check out the Grand Mercure at Gopallan Malls! It’s right in the heart of the tech scene, often called the Silicon Valley of India. The staff here are absolutely amazing—shoutout to Jai Sa at the front desk for being super friendly and helpful! The two ladies from 1026AD are fantastic as well. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the people are just so nice. You won't be disappointed!

I had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Bangalore Gopalan Mall. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location is also perfect, with easy access to the mall and other attractions. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore. Looking forward to visiting again!

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure, and I must say that Prinu, the Front Office Associate, truly made my experience special. From the moment I arrived, Prinu greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process seamless and efficient. They went out of their way to ensure that I had all the information I needed about the hotel’s amenities and even gave me great recommendations for local attractions
