Every thing is good except very few mechanical issues in room. Food was good and as per me put little bit more in deserts, other wise over all its very good experience.

It was nice experiance staying there, but i feel some rooms are more comfortable and large than other an I got a small one.

Service of the hotel is poor being a 5 star hotel service is not good. If you call for any assistance they will reach to your room with in 30min. 2. There are no smoking room, corridors are to long that you have two walk for 2minutes to reach to smoking area. 3. Food is pathetic I had order biryani and chicken and it was hard and dry like a stone and not worth the money. 4. No alcohol or bar is available 5. Interior of the hotel is not good. 6. Service is pathetic I had asked for notepad they took 1 hour to give me 7. I asked for extra tissue roll and tissue paper they didn’t give 8. No microwave in room when asked for re heat my food the guy came in 1 hour and came back in another 1 hour after multiple follow up on call and food was remain cold. 9. Food is biggest challenge here you have to Oder from outside because their food is not good at all. Prefer to not stay here

it was over all good experience with Grande Mercury Gopalan Mall. I enjoyed my entire stay in Mercure and their hospitality, quality of service, food, etc, was amazing. My 2 days stay Grand Mercury flew like rocket speed. Whole amenities is very clean and well entertained. Food quality is very good.

Had a wonderful stay in this property, But service in the restaurant is a bit lag. Pool is so small for such a property. Except this two everything was so good in my stay, specially its connected to the mall is a good thing.

A Perfect family place to stay in a word. This hotel within Gopalan Signature mall, offers one of the biggest rooms in Bangalore at least. Stayed couple of times in the 1 bed room suite which has a huge terrace (not balcony). The best part is, there is very high in hygiene and had maintained their property quite good which is very much a YES for me during this covid crisis. The food is good with some specific items are exceptional. My family with 2 kids enjoyed the stay here and I would always come back here should I visit Bangalore. The staffs had the best attitude starting from the front desk (Ajay, Vijay, Pratiksha) to the restaurants. One of the best check in and check out I had seen in the recent times. After a long time I had seen a hotel where all the staffs were smiling and greeting a quest regardless of the 1000 requests and enquiries I had during my long stay. And there was this Mr.Prahanth, the Security Head I believe. Cool chap, who spend hours together playing snooker with me (not much guests ..lol) and even helped getting my family to the hotel when we were stuck in the rain. Lastly, the guy who made all this happen. The hotel manager Zeebran. He literally persuaded me 😊 in to staying in this hotel when i had just made an enquiry call. A friendly guy who doesn’t mind spending his time chatting and he made sure my requests were attended too. Though not much of the facilities were open due to the current pandemic, he tried his best to give us the space and allowed us use some of the recreation areas. He even went to extend of opening up a restaurant to just allow the in room guests to have breakfast instead of in room dining. I literally needed that after being tired of the in room dining. I liked the way he treated us during our stay and was there to send me off at the end of the stay. Look for this guy should you need anything, he doesn’t show the manager attitude and is quite cool!
