An amazing hotel located in a great place. The ambience is simply beautiful. The room I stayed in (Executive) was very spacious. The bed was simply fabulous. The shower was a delight to use. The staff was also quite hospitable and looked after all of our needs. The restaurant is located on the first floor and serves food all day. Although it didn't have as many options as I wanted, the quality of food and service was par excellence. The swimming pool is quite small but usable for 2 people at a time. The only hiccup we faced was that our reservation via booking.com hadn't registered in their system, but they were kind enough to give us a coupon for a drink and a room upgrade for the trouble. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru.

The Stay was extremely comfortable. People in the hotel, from Mr.Arvind in the reception ,Mr. Hanumanth in the restaurant and room service bro and everyone in the hotel created a welcoming and friendly environment. Room was very spacious and tidy. We had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect too. Overall it was an amazing experience in the hotel.

We (My wife & me) planned to stay at Grand Mercure Gopalan Bengaluru to celebrate my birthday and we have come back absolutely pleased to have experienced the gold standard of hospitality that Grand Mercure is known for. Right from check-in (12th March), entering the room to find birthday cake with decoration done by housekeeping team...delicious food and excellent service... everything was like a step ahead which is why we have to return again in month's time to the property as it will be our first marriage anniversary. We, will henceforth be staying at more Grand Mercure properties. Thank you to the Grand Mercure Team for running such a wonderful hotel in such difficult times. Once again thank you for such a wonderful experience.

New Hotel with lots of startup issues

The hotel is located next to Gopalan mall. I planned to stay there for 10 days but have to cut short for 8 days. I was given suite in 5th Floor, and suite looks very good and comfortable with more space, good interiors and big bath rooms. As i said since this is a startup hotel, the issues began from the day 1. First day, water logged in Bath rooms and all telephones in Suit was not working. I need to wait for an hour, to get all those rectified. Next 2 days went good, and then came week ends. Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday there were huge noises from nearby pub and you cant sleep or work due to Noise of music and people and also the vibrations caused. I was given another suite and there no hot water and AC not working. I was changed 4 times the rooms/Suits and lost all my peace and patience. Food they have limited variety and will not suit for long stays. Some items are good, but need to improve for sure. But chef and associated persons including Mr.Zibran was very good and try to sort all issues. But it was failure every step taken. My suggestion is please prepare the suits for guest to stay comfortably and then do the sales. Thanks.

Nice experience, All the stuff Arvind, Pratiksha, Ashwin were very courteous and helpful. Can understand some austere measures taken in this post pandemic world, hence i would not complain some of operational hiccups. However, Breakfast/Dining experience get better by the stuffs who are attending guests. Lowest AC cooling temp should be at least to 18 C, 22 C was painful.
