They tried to give us rooms that were clearly not the rooms we paid for, they had Murphy beds. The sheets were dirty and had holes in them. They then switched us to rooms on the 6th floor with a real bed, but still not great. I felt skeeved the whole time I stayed here.

ITs always good to stay in the Adagio. However can we do room cleaning twice in a week as we are regularly coming to adagio( IBM) team. this is much needed thing.

The apartment with balcony gives great views and has a good space. You might hear some noise if you have noisy neighbors, but having breakfast outside in the warmer months makes up for it.

Excellent location close to the station, lake and supermarkets. However, the actual room felt not very well built. The kitchen was very cramped (although did have lots of cupboard space) and the aircon didn't seem to do any cooling at all. There was a major lack of lighting with only 3 small desk lamps and a floor lamp in the main room, which wasn't enough. Could have done with a ceiling light. Staff were nice and could store luggage, but there was building work going on on the first floor which was very noisy from 9am.
