As usual a good stay but done minor issues with Room 503 this time. Shower head pressure adjusting button broken Sink drain plug not working to allow handbasin to fill.

My wife and I needed an hotel close to the station. The Ibis Styles was an excellent choice. The double bed was superb and the breakfast very acceptable. We would happily stay there again.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff were friendly. It is ideally situated opposite the train station. However very pricey for what you got, room was a of good size however the space around the bed was tight to walk round and the desk area was too small to be able to work at so made the room very cramped and as a business trip this was not ideal.

I've been going regularly to this hotel for years. It's a great little hotel, very conveniently located, people are nice, the rooms are cozy, but it is my second stay in a row where I feel the room degrading. I've had issues during this stay with the shower (leaking and making noise), missing handles, loose elements, etc. I signaled the issues but they were not sorted before the end of my stay. The beds felt also firmer before, I think the hotel is overall just aging. It's still fine, but not quite what it used to be.

This was my 5th trip to Geneva and 5th stay with IBIS. last 4 stays have been with IBIS Nations and IBIS Styles Geneva Airport. Uptill now I had no complaints. But staying with IBIS Styles at Geneva Gare was a bitter experience, after which I have decided never to stay in IBIS Styles at Geneva Gare. it will be either Nations or Styles at the Airport. The only positive thing about IBIS Styles at Geneva Gare is the location and that's about it. The breakfast was not at par with what you get at Nations or Styles at the Airport. The staff was unfriendly and racially biased. We requested to use the microwave and were told it was off limits. Thanks for not being of any help.

Second visit worse than the first one

This was a second visit in Ibis Styles. The first visit was excellent - high floor, spacious room with balcony. Meanwhile during the second visit a couple of surprises were waiting for me. The first room I was given was good, but unfortunately with very strong smell of perfume like some spilled a whole bottle on the floor, the the headache was guaranteed. In 5 minutes I went to reception to change the smelly room. The second room did not have a smell, but the air conditioner was broken and did continues noise... I asked for a room change... Finally, I was given the third room, without smell or any noice. However it was a lot smaller in comparison to the original first room. Because I was too tired after long 2 flights and full day working I agreed to stay in that room... but of course the experience of staying in that hotel was not very nice...

It was a pleasure from the minute my party stepped into the hotel staff, room and dining area really good. The breakfast was a pleasant experience hot food and your typical continental. The hot food consisted of pancakes,scrambled eggs and pork sausage the beverage choice was huge. Rooms clean and tidy and cleaned every day, towels also changed at same time. The location of the hotel to all the tourist and transport was good, train/tram stops a minutes walk. All in all a ideal location thank you very much ibis for making our New Year celebrations memorable.

My boyfriend and I were staying at the hotel for new year celebration. the emplacement is really good since, it is near train station and about 5 mins walk from Lac Leman. Staff really helpful and kind. Good place to stay for weekend or holiday.

Friendly welcome, comfortable room, good amenities for the range of hotel BUT very noisy room. I had the feeling I was sitting right in the middle of the street. I got up several times during the night to make sure the window was closed. It was. The sound insulation is poor.
