Have stayed in the hotel more than 50 times now. The location of the hotel is excellent and also the staff. It is like my second home. The hotel does need a renovation now from many aspects. The lobby and rooms are still 10/10, its just few areas of swim pool that requires urgent rework. I am sure that the same is on cards of hotel and they are planning for the same.

I write this review with immense dismay and it is no reflection of the staff, but travellers must be warned of what may occur during their stay with no prior notice. We have stayed here since 2015 sometimes two - three times a year. This year was our first holiday in four years and we decided to return here as a show of loyalty rather than split our stay, what a mistake that was! On the fifth day of our stay the hotel was taken over [literally] by multiple Australian football team supporters, who draped their team flags all over the recreation area and balconies, and I mean taken over, the entire pool area was re-configured to suit their needs, they bought in live bands and DJ music performers, with dining and catering. We enquired about this as we were given no pre-warning despite booking in Nov 2022. The music blared into the night for four consecutive evenings [Monday – Thursday] and the other guests were simply advised with a note slid under our door. So picture this, we returned from our outing that day to find the entire pool area, outdoor seating, everything completely taken over. But their compromise was this, book a five star hotel and they will offer you the facilities at the three star complex down the road. Not to be out done with ruining the evenings they then proceeded to blast music from their balconies in the early mornings through commercial amplifiers. We tried to move hotels but couldn't find one that we could stay in for the rest of our stay without having to move again, the hotel manager relocated us to one of the suites on the other side but this subjected us to the noise from the bars on the street. Is this really a five start establishment or a rent-a-venue for large groups to party at the expense of all the other guests? This was so loud no one could hold a conversation outside or hear their TV inside. This hotel and parent company have really dropped the ball with this type of event hosting, as a 13 year Platinum member I am now wondering if this is the new standard and any hotel will do this to their guests with zero advance notice? We saw the "director of sales" and spoke briefly with her, she was busy fluffing around full of importance, big noting herself, when questioned she couldn't give a stuff about the other guests. Speaking to some of these people they say they are returning to do this again so who knows what else the director of sales is planning as a surprise for future guests, because there is no-where else in Pattaya to do this...right? The very back corner of the pool area was made available for the other guests to use, with old furniture and dangerous rotten wooden decking with screws and nails poking through, but you either had to swim across to this or weave your way through the party to get to it, then couldn't get any service or speak as it was so loud, or go to a 3 start property! We will not use this hotel again and the parent company needs to seriously consider what they actually stand for. This hotel needs to seriously review and change their bio for this hotel as it is false advertising and not reflective of what you will encounter, as it quite rightly outlines all the rooms over-look the pool so enjoy the music folks, bring those ear plugs. A nice reno might fix the cosmetics but it remains a party hotel, stay at your peril!

A decent property, superb location, but not inline with Mgallery standards and branding. Despite the great central location, the property is desperately needs upgrade and renovation to be inline with Mgallery requirements. In my opinion as Accor Platinum, it’s at best 3.5 stars. Service level and people are great and super friendly. Room is clean but old as mentioned. Wi-Fi is a little slow, but decent enough to catch up some work if needed. Breakfast is ok but don’t expect too much. I would better have breakfast outside the property. With a good renovation towards even Sofitel standards, I am sure this property will command a premium.

This hotel is located on the second road from Pattaya main beach. It is near the Festival mall and the night market. Sevice was good. Recomended to ask for rooms far from the main road. Breakfast was decent.
