사전 안내 메일과 체크인시 받은 아코르 혜택에도 식사 이용시 50% 할인혜택이라 적혀 있었지만 식사 이용시 할인혜택을 받을수 없었음. 매니저가 한말은 에프터눈 딜라이트만 이용할수 있지 50프로 할인혜택은 줄수없다 그냥 이게 끝이였음. 여튼 왜 메일과 체크인시 받은 메시지에는 할인이 된다고 한건지 모르겠음.

샤워실에서 검지손가락만한 큰 바퀴벌레를 발견했습니다 호텔에서 바퀴벌레는 처음 본거 같네요

헬스장 24시간 이용이 좋았고 특히 시설도 아주 훌륭했다. 야외수영장도 좋았다. 방에 너무 거울이 많은 인테리어는 고급호텔에 어울리지 않았다. 직접 로비에서 음료를 물어보고 주는 서비스는 탁월했다.

직원들이 매우 친절 하였습니다. 하지만 객실 내 세면대가 파손되어 있어 물을 받아놓고 사용할 수 없었습니다. 샤워실 내 샴푸, 바디워시만 있습니다. 치약,칫솔,등은 개인적으로 구매하여 사용했습니다. 침대에 가끔 알갱이 같은게 있었습니다.

직원들의 응대 및 서비스, 침구 상태 및 청결 상태는 매우 양호하였으나 노후화된 시설들에 대한 관리는 되고 있으나, 교체가 필요한 부분이 있는것 같네요. 옷장 문이 뒤틀려 여닫는데 불편함이 있는점, 침대가 유동이 있는점 이런 기본적인 시설 부분에 대한 교체는 필요할것 같습니다. 또한 수건류 또한 여분을 충분히 비치 해주셨으면 좋겠네요.

5성급 호텔로 생각보다는 작은규모의 호텔로 느껴졌다.하지만 친절한 직원과 특이한 구조 및 인테리어의 방이 인상에 남는다.약간 부족했던 아침과 수영장 시설(물이 깨끗하지 않음)은 좀 아쉬웠다.
