The hotel staffs were all nice. They were willing to help us during our stay. Most of the pre-requests were made satisfactorily. We requested for early checkin. And got an SMS that the hotel expected to see us at the hotel lobby at 12PM. We arrived at the hotel 2.15PM, but the room is ready at almost 3PM. I also requested for the late check-out and got rejected at the first place. I checked on the app, and saw that all room types were available on the next day. So, when the receptionist called us for the key card, I requested again and informed that the room seemed to be available on the next day. So then, the hotel finally gave me the late checkout. I would say it was the first time in this year that I stayed in Accor hotels and I need to wait for a room to be ready. I tried to understand that this is because of the firework festival, so that the hotel was over occupied. The room was adequate. The room were clean, but the condition was not 100% maybe because of lacking of regularly maintenance. As for M-Gallery hotels, the mini-bar should be complimented for ALL Accor Platinum Elite guests, however, there was no mini-bar set up in the fridge. I asked a hotel staff, they just said sorry, because they couldn't provide. I decided to use my Suite Night Upgrade benefit with the hotel, but I felt like it is not worth it. Nevertheless, the hotel staffs were friendly and willing to help if asked. Also, the SEA restaurant in the hotel was nice. The food was delicious with good price. I like them very much.

Good but incredible amount moisture in room

Baraquda is a nice hotel. Great rooms, nice pool great location, great staff. However there is such an incredible amount of moisture in the rooms, it made it very uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. Never have I experienced this to such a level before. I became unwell on my trip and I wonder if this caused it due to perfect conditions for bacteria to grow. I will not visit again based on this. Dehumidifier needed. A touch up on pool area some decking floor boards need replacing starting to crack and come up. And I would add a chair to the balcony. Otherwise the hotel is great

Room had a different theme of Ship found it good, except that all was average, Check in, breakfast, service and check out. More of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star, experience. Booked as it was a M Gallery Hotel, but the hotel felt very far from other M Gallery Hotel, may be a Budget hotel.

I stayed once few years ago before pandemic. It was really a pleasant stay back then. However, I was astonished to see this hotel is so run down. The room seems not being maintained for a while. Room air conditioning was not working accordingly. Defect in the room everywhere. Fumes since I entering the lobby. Staff at the front desk was not so helpful. Accor status seems not really working here.
