Stayed at Pattaya ocean park resort. Overall it was okay, the location was a plus with terminal 21, the swimming pool was awesome. Front desk staff attend to satisfy service but not excellent. A little wait on basic request. I was Thai. Felt a little discriminated by some staff not as nice when attending service to foreigners. ‘Some baggage handler person saw me with 2 big bags did not help me while racing to get two little bags for foreigners. Would not go stay again if wasn’t for niece and nephews which they enjoyed the swimming pool. For the price of my stay, more smiles from staff to locals would be nice and would consider to stay again if I was going solo.

As a silver member i had expected a bit faster check in process but rest was all fine.the location of the hotel is just amazing for the shopping lovers it is just opp the terminal 21 and all the stores 7/11 are located nearby. Lot of eatery options also available

Location is near to Terminal 21 & China Town with many hawkers food stall. Room is clean and team services is great especially to the Front Office team & Molten Restaurant.
