Brilliant time. The hotel was well equipped, homely and the staff excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We simply needed a comfortable bed for the night so we were well rested for a day at silverstone. This ticked all the boxes. The reception readily swapped our room from a double to twin beds. The hotel is about 5 minutes drive from MK center so a good location

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean, breakfast was lovely. Only problem we had was that housekeeping kept opening our room door without notice, happened twice during our stay but other than that was fine.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels throughout the UK for work and overseas for pleasure but i have never come across such a poorly run restaurant and such rude staff. staff need training on talking to customers and general manners.

Very good, the rooms were clean tidy and of a good size, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and well cooked, eat way to much.. one down side the mobile phone reception was very poor, but I would defiantly recommend this hotel and will stay again

This was just a one night stay and was very nice. The staff were helpful and polite.

Always clean and welcoming, Abbey Hill is my number 1 choice in Milton Keynes.

Tried to enjoy a drink pre dinner. Bar was exceptionally busy, only one member of staff behind bar, and another man occasionally helping out. After fifteen minutes we gave up and went through to dining room, where a table had been reserved . In spite of numerous requests we managed to get a drink 50 minutes later. A shandy was ordered but bar pumps out of order. In lieu I asked for a Peroni. Out of stock so eventually I had a Stella like every one else drinking beer. One new member of staff on duty, one 16 year old who did her best , and two other members of staff. Tables were not cleared once people had eaten, so diners sat with dirty plates around them . Service did not exist! We had to wait close to an hour and a half for our one course Meal! Food wasn’t bad but plates were barely lukewarm so food cooled quite quickly. After one course we adjourned to our bedroom!

On the whole it was a comfortable stay, the menu was a little lacking in choice and my starter had to be served with my main, which i have not experienced anywhere before. The room was clean but the side of the bed was heavily stained and carpet was stained, so the rooms might need some refreshing. But on the whole it was quiet and comfortable.

Just like a 2* level hotel so should be a lot better

I stayed here for two nights. The room was spacious with all expected facilities. It was clean and fully met my expectations. Its location was perfect for Woburn Golf Club, being right on the A5 road with easy access to our destination.
