Hotel Management

Renovation Update We are enhancing select areas of the hotel to elevate your experience. Our swimming pool will be unavailable from 23rd March to 30th April 2026 for a planned upgrade. Guests may use the pool at our sister property, Novotel Goa Candolim, located 900 metres away. A phased refurbishment will also take place from 18th April to mid-July. All other facilities will remain fully operational. We appreciate your understanding.

It felt like being home away from home. Had a beautiful experience with Novotel. All the credit goes to amazing staff, they are very warm and helpful. A special mention to Paresh and Avi at reception desk who made sure the experience is nothing less than perfect. The food is very nice and having 24*7 in room dinning was gem. Getting hot tasty food at 3am is like amazing. Thank you for making out stay a wonderful experience.

Hotel is run down and not maintained. Bathroom had black mold, furniture and room floor was run down. Bed was not comfortable and online hotel pics were misleading. I booked thinking it would live up to the Novotel franchise standards but it didn’t. Rs 9,000 a night for run down hotel was a waste of money and ruined my trip experience.
