It is literally across the street of the airport so it is very convenient for fligths late at night. The personnel very atentive. Definitely a high recomendation in Recife

We arrived quite late around 23:30 and the team were very helpful and Super Friendly. Leybson was efficient and gave us good simple information. There was a lady at the cafe bar who was great and super friendly with our 6 year old daughter. The room was adequate and perfect for a short functional stay. What made our stay awesome, was the breakfast and the breakfast team! We did not expect that, and having worked in Hospitality for 25 years in London, I know what good looks like. Mr Brazilian wife, was craving proper food, and you guys nailed it! All of the food was super fresh, hot and had clearly been prepared with care by a team whom were engaged! Locally sourced and local regional tastes were appreciated. Bravo A&B!! Our only negative gripe, which was incredibly annoying, was the shuttle process. On your website, it describes the hotel as having a shuttle and that you need to proceed to the area outside arrivals and you will find the shuttle. We found many different vans, but none for Ibis. We waited 30-35 minutes asking different people and no one could advise. We ended taking an Uber. I genuinely appreciate the proximity of the hotel to the airport and had I been a single traveller I would have walked over. But given I was travelling with my pregnant wife and daughter I did not want to risk. If this point is sorted I would have given a 10!
