Facilities were great. Service could be improved. Room service menu was very limited and pricey.

At the same time, we sincerely regret that certain aspects of the experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room service menu, we would truly appreciate it if you could kindly share what types of food or additional options you would expect to have available. Your suggestions will help us further improve our dining offerings. We also apologize if the room cleanliness was not up to your expectations. Could you kindly provide more details on the areas that required improvement, such as the bed, bathroom, floor, or other specific aspects? In regard to the coffee service, please allow us to express our sincerest apologies for the delay in the opening of the bar on that day. We would also like to kindly clarify that, besides Infinity Bar, Epice Restaurant (our breakfast venue) is also available for à la carte coffee service. In addition, Infinity Bar normally opens daily from 8:00 AM. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please rest assured that we will review the situation carefully with the team and reinforce our service procedures to prevent similar issues from happening again. The staff showed a clear discriminatory attitude towards domestic and foreign guests. They were very welcoming and attentive to foreign guests while being colder towards domestic guests, which made my family very unhappy. Futhermore, there weren't enough staff in the breakfast area, used dishes weren't cleared promptly, and food wasn't refilled when it ran out.

I love this hotel! The location is great, the sea and beach views are fabulous but what stands out here is the staff! I cannot compliment them enough... an individual thanks to Vy, Thu and Kelvin. I travel quite a bit and I have never been made to feel more welcome than I do here. They remembered my name from last year, they even still wore our conference hats we left behind for them. Just lots of little differences to other hotels make a big difference to this one.
