I have booked this hotel in last moment because my booking of IBIS Paveletskaya was cancelled at the last moment by Accor even though I was succesfully checked-in online I have chosen familiar Ibis Budget Panfilovskaya and wasn't disappointed the staff are friendly and always ready to help, for example with storing medications in the fridge

very good quality for its value. But something you have to improve. Housekeepers are not well-experienced. Also, HSE issue: during my 3 days staying there were no request to change my towels, but they have done it. Why? Breakfast very simple, no vegan options.

Quite budget prices but still more expensive than some other variants. Personel is polite and always ready to help. Breakfasts could be better really, expected more. Worst thing was the condition of bed... it felt too soft because base of the bed was a mess, needs fixing for sure. We were too tired to move to another room so stayed as it is. Overall hotel is nice for a quick budget stay, just check your room before moving in :)
