I had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Setiabudi Bandung! The place is absolutely stunning, with a great ambiance that makes for a truly relaxing experience. The food quality was excellent—everything was well-prepared and delicious. The service was outstanding, and I would like to especially commend Mrs. Irma (Director of Sales & Marketing), Mr. Agin (Front Office Manager), and Chef Edy for their exceptional hospitality. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a hotel with great food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere, I highly recommend Grand Mercure Setiabudi Bandung. Will definitely come back!

This is our first time staying here, i came with my family for short vacation in Bandung, the lobby was spacious, the pool was great, check in process was very fast, and surprisingly before we checking out Ms. Stephanie from reception approaching us and asked about our experiences while staying, and with her kindness she and the bellman came to our rooms for gave some fruits and cake for my son, he was so happy and love the cakes, thank you for the hospitality and will come back sooner than later.

Arrange business meeting there. The staff was very helpfull. The room was clean. The facility wa amazing. Thank you for miss diani for the assisting me for 2 days non stop. Looking forward having another event in grand mercure bandung setiabudi.

Staycation with family in January 2025

Went to Bandung by earliest of January and visited Grand Mercure Bandung. The first experience with my family to staycation here and our first impression was wonderful. We arrived and checked-in at 2 A.M assisted by staff named Pram with warm welcome. We highly appreciate Mr. Pram for provide us a room exchange to get a room with best view and we stay at room 755. The room so clean and all good. Another best part was the swimming pool and also the restaurant. Grand Mercure Bandung is one of my favorite Hotel in Bandung. Very well managed hotel, in a strategic location. Hotel is still very well managed and clean and looks new. The bar at 9th floor has very nice view of Bandung skyline. The pool area is very nice and magical at night with the lights and night breeze. Exceptional check in with Andhika who gave free upgrade to junior suite and very great customer service. And exceptional service during breakfast with Tipan. Both staff went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service. Management should be proud!
