During my check-in on Nov-30-2022 at Ibis Styles in Balneário Camboriú, SC - Brazil, I was informed of two reservations under my name. I asked for one of them to be cancelled and was given a phone number to cal that never answers. I tried to solve it via Hurb. They did contact Ibis and were informed that it was not possible to cancel / reimburse because it was considered a "no-show". The situation is absurd, and I am looking forward to a quick fix. It was a confotable room but our window was in front of the air conditioner machines and one floor above the kitchen. So We heard a lot of noises during the morning. And at the phone I have been informed a very different value for the reservation.

The hotel is very charming with a Fusca (Beetle) theme, very funny and colorful. The staff is polite and gentle with us. The location is perfect, just 1 block of the beach and near to bars, restaurants, shopping and attractions.
