Firstly, the reception staff were divine, they were lovely and welcoming.
The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a bit dirty, past guests hair in the shower.

The hotel is well located with cafes and restaurants just minutes walk away. The blowhole is an easy 10-15 minutes stroll. The hotel restaurant serves a very good buffet breakfast, unfortunately it wasn't open for lunch or dinner on Monday and Tuesdays. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed here before. It is a great location, and the front desk and breakfast staff are top notch. The rooms, however, are sorely in need of updating. We did have a couple of mechanical issues—I know it was a busy weekend—but the sink in unit 408 drained incredibly slowly, and there was water on the floor around the shower that seemed to come from nowhere.

This was our 5th stay at the Sebel Kiama and it was disappointing. We were allocated a room in the separate building which was unacceptable. The carpark was dirty and the lift clostraphobic and old. Our floor also had the same feeling. Fortunately we were reallocated to a room in the main building. This is not a luxury hotel as described in the advertising.
