I checked in, no upgrade, went to my room. Room was very cold. No welcome gift. Turned on the a/c to be warm when I returned from dinner, came back room was very cold still, sitting at 19.5. Had set the room to 23 before I left. Turned it up to 26 to try and push the heat, nothing. front of house came up reset the power, tried it again, nothing. Ended up turning the A/C off and went with ambient temperature instead. Had come back at 10pm for my welcome drink, but the bar was closed. Went down for buffet breakfast, staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The centre table of food had a nice assortment. As an overall hotel was nice, but a few areas need improvement. Compared to the last M Gallery hotel I stayed at, this needs a lot of improvement.
