Service was great, Staff were pleasant and helpfull, breakfasts had good selection. One thing that was a pain was that there was never any Salt & Pepper on tables but apart from that all was good.

From the moment you pulled up to the door you were warmly greeted, this flowed right through to the efficient and helpful reception staff. The room was amazing, the loft was very decadent, and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Nothing compared to the previous time we stayed. Even kept my $200 bond instead of $60 for the car parking

It was terrible the food was good until it came to room service over priced small portions and ridiculous cooked quite disgusting to the point it was uneaten that’s after 6 phone calls as they forgot things then got it wrong and then completely stuffed it up and it was left uneaten and untouched except a tiny bit were it was tried and still charged over $70 for meals I means kids meals uneaten!!! After check was called and emailed being accused off not paying for my stay which I did do up front plus paid a $200 bond which they kept the whole $200 for in known reasons as on my final tax receipt there were no extra or outstanding charges and stated I would receive my bond back which I didn’t!! Then was sent an email advising me there was an error on there end therefore disregard all previous emails.
