Ryan greeted us at the desk and he was very friendly and helpful, room was lovely and clean, and when we checked out a little late the front desk was very kind about it.

The location is good, the breakfast is good and the gym is good but the room air conditioner makes a terrible noise and even when I turned off the unit it still made noise. I also found the pillows too hard and thick for me.

We were very disappointed with our previous stay. We originally had a room with aircon that didn’t work properly and had dusty vents. The next room they moved us to also didn’t have a properly functioning aircon and we were charged an extra $50 per night because it happened to have a balcony. I said I didn’t want to be charged the extra amount but there was no choice. The third room was acceptable but as a family of 4, unpacking and packing twice unnecessarily was a waste of time. I had booked this hotel as I had a pleasant stay for business recently but this last stay for leisure was disastrous. And it will be the last ever.
