ノボテルシドニーセントラル 4 つ星

I've been staying in many Novotel around the world and I have to say this is one of the best I have stayed. Stayed here for two nights after a long campervan trip from NZ, and this is what I need, comfy bed and strong shower. Location is amazing. Only 10mins walk from the central train station which we took the train to/from the airport. I would like to to specifically thank Hannah (not sure if the spelling is correct) from from front desk/check-in who was very attended and helpful as we were super knacked from the previous journey. When we checked in (at 10am), the room was not ready, but she helped store the luggage when we were off to the beach and emailed us as soon as the room was ready. She also gave us to the newly refurbished room. She's very friendly and nice but not over chatty which I think that's what we need as a front desk staff.. 5 stars to her!! Only Cons is in our room, it is lack of a full body mirror and also there is a slight step up between the room and the bathroom which nearly tripped over my friend a few times. Other than that, I think it is a very high standard Novotel.

I booked 2 rooms for my family. We arrived Friday morning aroung 11.00 AM and the front staff that greeted me were friendly and helpful (in fact all the front office staff were very nice and helpful). I couldnot remember the name, but he allowed us early checked in for 1 room, so we could store our luggage there and took rest. The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything they should have, yes we have to ask receptionist for some of the toiletries, like tootbrush, sewing kit, etc. but we didnt need it because we always bring our own toiletries wherever we go. Location was better than I expected, walking distance to Darling Harbor, paddy's market and central station. Lots of restaurant within walking distance and woolworth metro just around the corner. However, it would be perfect if the carpets in the corridors and in the rooms were replaced with new ones

Wonderful service from the staff. Offered an upgrade when booking in, but declined as I was travelling with my adult son who was auditioning next door. It was my birthday and I was surprised by a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheese platter. The breakfast was delicious. Loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable.

I have stayed before and will stay again. Stayed most recently for 2 day work function. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was beautifully clean, thanks to the amazing staff. The room service I had on two evenings was lovely and hot and very tasty. The hotel is so close to Central train station it's so steady to get to anywhere. 5 minute walk to the Capital Theatre. You can catch the light rail from Central to anywhere in the CBD. Definitely will be back again.
