Upon our arrival we were greeted by the friendliest, and most accommodating staff. Room was incredible and facilities were second to none. Will be booking in to stay again soon!

Account debited twice $1700 unauthorised withdrawal

Unfortunately the staff at the Novotel Central Sydney incorrectly debited my personal visa twice (2 x $894) during my stay. This was a stay for business and all charges were to go to my travel company – . They were also charged. One of your staff members (Maxim) has tried to make up for the mistake with wine and cheese (for which I was grateful) the fact that one of the $894 payments still remains to be repaid to me. It has been over one week since my stay. Prior to this double unauthorised withdrawal I would have happily promoted your hotel. I will be unable to do so now as there is still $894 owed to me. My travel agent has paid for the hotel.
