We only stayed one night this time but everything was of the usual high standard. My wife and I have stayed at Novotels at cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Glasgow and Vilnius (Lithuania) and they have all been better than more expensive hotels. The consistent provision of firm pillows, top sheets, blankets, solid soap, face washers, uncomplicated shower/bath taps and other twentieth century inclusions is more important to us than twenty first century gadgets.

All staff welcoming and very professional. Food at the restaurant was superb and the cocktails are incredible and of course Kris and Jess make your dinning experience perfect with their smile and great service. Bed and pillows were so comfortable after long and tiring days at work. Very attentive staff in reception!

I needed somewhere close to the SCG and Central Station so the Novotel Central worked well for me. The new light rail makes everything easy to explore more parts of the CBD.

We stayed for the night prior to our conference the next day. The rooms are always comfortable. Check-in was easy since I had arranged arrival with Tammy Kotabood who was easy to work with and very helpful. So arrival was very smooth for our group

Located close to Central station. Excellent customer service. Delicious full buffet breakfast. Clean spacious rooms, but I think the mattress is due for a change.

Poor hygienic practices given the current COVID - 19 outbreak. For 50 guests attending a conference there where 10 toilet keys to be shared all day during this crisis.....seriously, find a way to unlock the toilet doors. I was kicked off the stairs of the hotel while on a business call. It was during lunch time when its very noisy in the hotel foyer & business centre which is part of the foyer, I wasn't offered a solution as to where I could find a good location just that it couldn't be the stairs, considering I had co-funded a 50+ person 2 day event & explained that to the staff I was shocked

Good Morning Mr. B., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience and I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The public bathrooms are locked to prevent non-patrons of the hotel from entering them. In doing so, this controls the amount of people using the facilities keeping them cleaner and enhances the experience. I am investigating why our staff asked you to move away from the stairs of the hotel's entrance and I apologise that they have done so. Smoking is not permitted within 4m of any entrance and our stairs are within those restrictions. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Brian Front Office Manager
