Overall decent stay - no recognition of status. Room is clean, good to see that the sofa bed was set up as requested. Stayed in Parkroyal in Darling Harbour the week before, the service is much better, at the very least they recognised the status and explains the benefits.

Stay here regularly the room and views are excellent 1 down fall rooms are supposed to be ready for check in at 2 o'clock we had to wait till 2.45 before we could get in if your paying 5 star prices you would think things would be organised

We stayed as a family of 4 and had a great time. The staff were lovely and accommodated us where they could. Scored an 8 as I had asked before leaving for the day that house keeping specifically clean the bath whilst we were out which we were assured that everywhere is done. After a long day of exploring we came home to the bathrooms not cleaned. I called straight away and was told someone would be there asap however after 2 hours I had to call again and follow up, by that time I had two toddlers crying because they were ready for their night time routine of bath and bed. 30mins later and someone finally showed up. Apart from that we had a fabulous time and will be back.

Check-in and checkout friendly and helpful as usual. Breakfast was a poor experience. Service was below par, food ok, coffee and drink service poor.
